- All deposits are non-refundable.
- All cabinet surfaces have natural variation and can vary from one piece to another Including but not limited to:
- Natural Wood
- Natural Stone
- Natural Clay products.
- Customer must contact with 10 business days for claims regarding finish and product variation. Claims cannot be made after installation for cabinets, stone, or clay products.
- Stone products are sold "As Is" and the buy is entirely responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Contact us immediately for any damage or significant product variation.
- Any modifications to a signed contract or agreed upon terms may result in additional charges or delays.
- A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required to return any products. To receive an RGA please contact us at: sales@101cas.com or 1-310-625-6742
- Open Box Cabinets or Damaged Products cannot be returned in any form
- We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking charge, depending on return condition
- Products cannot be returned over 14 days from original delivery date.
- All payment due at time of sale.
