Terms & Conditions

  1. All deposits are non-refundable.
  2. All cabinet surfaces have natural variation and can vary from one piece to another Including but not limited to:
    1. Natural Wood
    2. Natural Stone
    3. Natural Clay products.
  3. Customer must contact with 10 business days for claims regarding finish and product variation. Claims cannot be made after installation for cabinets, stone, or clay products.
  4. Stone products are sold "As Is" and the buy is entirely responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. Contact us immediately for any damage or significant product variation.
  5. Any modifications to a signed contract or agreed upon terms may result in additional charges or delays.
  6. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required to return any products. To receive an RGA please contact us at: sales@101cas.com or 1-310-625-6742
    1. Open Box Cabinets or Damaged Products cannot be returned in any form
    2.  We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking charge, depending on return condition
    3. Products cannot be returned over 14 days from original delivery date.
  7. All payment due at time of sale.
